Our barcode tracking system allows us to track your files or boxes from inception to destruction. File Pro will pick up your records, confirm receipt of boxes, index (if requested), barcode your boxes and store boxes in our climate controlled, secure facility.

Requesting document retrieval is as easy as sending an email. All general requests are retrieved and available within a (1) day or less. At, File Pro Records Management Facility we provide our customers flexibility to suite their immediate needs of availability. Our customers choose to use our affordable Courier Service for delivery of their retrievals, or may pick up their records after agreed to time at our main office. For those customer requiring immediate retrieval we offer Rush Retrieval and Courier Services.

Because our records management facility predominantly stores paper products, we have partnered with Simplex Grinnell to provide the best fire suppression system available. Our facility is climate controlled and all documents are stored in protected areas with restricted access to File Pro Personnel. In addition, File Pro Records Management Facility has been audited and certified by the NRC (National Records Center).

Our attention to legal compliance concerns ensure we adhere to the most stringent privacy measures including all guidelines established by the Department of Health and Human Services Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPPA).
